Portraiture

Portraits are perhaps the most personal and subjective of all paintings, as portraying the likeness and character of a human soul is one of the most magical requests I can ever receive. Finding that person in my paint by brushes is like casting spells, for all the good my typed attempt can do as a description. I do know that giving a portrait of a loved one to a client is one of the most worthwhile experiences I've ever had as an artist.
