Lansdowne Park: Edmonton Community Event Mural in Action
The Lansdowne Community League comissioned this large community event mural celebrating their neighbourhood on their community centre in Lansdowne Park, Edmonton Alberta . We created a community event mural that welcomed the entire nieghbourhood to leave their permanent mark with paint in a bright, colourful artwork of inclusivity and diversity.
We are thrilled to share that our playground has been beautifully transformed by the incredible mural created by Kris Friesen.
This vibrant artwork tells the story of our active community members, capturing the essence of our surroundings with the White Mud Creek and the University Farm depicted through all the seasons.
The mural features the stunning skyline of Edmonton in the horizon, beautifully complemented by the wildlife that enriches our environment.
Your creativity and talent have brought a new life to our playground, making it a more inspiring place for our children and families to play and explore.
